Today, we believe everyone pre-school to adult needs to learn and share information continuously on how to add value to themselves and those connected to them. Learning is a continuous process today. We must develop a mindset to constantly seek out new information from other sources that we can validate and add that information to what we already know and some cases, from what we have mastered from the past. The process we use is what creates the path for individual growth and development. When it comes to personal growth and development, we must own the process to determine what needs to happen to ensure success in achieving our goals for self-improvement. Moving forward, the right combination of skills and ability to produce results will be the critical element to begin your engagement. The process will be essential because acquiring new information in the workplace today will be followed up by applying those skills immediately to improve the performance and procedures of the organization. In 2022 everyone working in today's fast-paced environment will need to find the time to begin their process of self-improvement. To start the learning process, individuals must find the learning environment accommodating and non-threatening to their learning styles. Then we must remember the ownership of this learning process belongs solely to the individual. When you commit to mastering the content standards, you will qualify yourself to perform at a consistent and acceptable level of performance in the 2022 modern workplace. G
